代表性论文

近年来在猪重要经济性状的功能基因组学领域做了大量研究工作,发表SCI论文51篇,累计影响因子超过200。其中,以第一(共同第一)或通讯作者在Scientific Data、Frontiers In Genetics、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、PloS One等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇。作为“猪分子遗传育种”四川省青年科技创新研究团队的研究骨干,在团队带头人李明洲教授的带领下先后于2012、2013和2016年在Nature Communications、Nature Genetics和 Genome Research杂志发表了以猪为研究对象的代表性论文:
